Good luck to our Hastings Area Swim Team athletes competing at the 2026 BLST Summer Sizzler in Cedar Falls, Iowa, July 9–12! HAST swimmers are representing Hastings in long-course races at The Falls Aquatic Center, with sessions for 12-and-under, 13-and-over, and open swimmers. Families can find session schedules, warm-up assignments, heat sheets, parking information, food trucks, daily dress-up themes, and other important updates on the official meet page.
